Mommy/Daddy and Me—For toddlers and preschoolers with a parent.
We will focus on connection to our bodies, bonding with our families, and having fun! Wednesdays, 9:30 am or Saturday 10:00 am

Kids Yoga—For elementary-aged children to learn introductory yoga poses, breathing, and mindfulness in a playful way. Character role-play and narrative will be an integral part of this class. Kids Yoga is fun! 11:00 am Saturdays

Adolescent Yoga—For middle and high schoolers to learn and practice introductory yoga poses, breathing, and mindfulness. This class focuses on helping adolescents learn to understand and manage emotional and physical changes they deal with. These classes are not co-ed, but students are invited to attend whichever class best fits their self-identification. Every other Saturday starting June 16th at noon
For ages 10-17 years                   1 Hour                     $20.00 per person

 

Adults Yoga—Create peace, balance, harmony within in your life! This is a slow-paced class for learning and practicing mindfulness, breathing, and finding alignment and balance within poses (asanas). This class is designed for beginners, but all levels of experience are welcome. 8:00 am Wednesdays or Thursdays at 6:00 pm or Every other Saturday starting June 16th at 1:00 pm
For 15+ years old                         1 Hour                     $20.00 per person

 

Yoga for Mental Health—Yoga helps us learn to manage difficult mental and emotional states and find true healing. Through practicing self-love, mindfulness, breathing, meditation, postures, and flow we work toward creating balance and wellness. This course will change its focus weekly, but anyone who struggles with any mental health challenges is welcome. Thursdays 7:00 pm
Adults only                                   1 Hour                     $20.00 per person

Yoga for Mobility Issues—Chair yoga! This class keeps in mind that some people have physical challenges that make it difficult to take average yoga classes. Sitting in chairs, we will practice meditation, breathing, poses, and flow. All ages and abilities are welcome. 10:30 am Wednesdays
For all ages.                                 1 Hour                     $20.00 per person

Yoga for Healthcare Professionals—Sometimes the work of giving to others leaves us feeling drained and imbalanced. Take care of yourself and recharge with this class, designed specifically for those who take care of others. 11:30 am on Wednesdays
